1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our fulfillment partners for shipping.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Times

We work with trusted global fulfillment partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Some products may include free shipping, depending on promotions or product type.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear depending on the carrier.


5. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RICALOUX is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

  • Re‑shipping fees for returned packages

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

RICALOUX is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


8. Returns & Exchanges

To start a return, please contact us at ricaloux@ra-globalventures.com. We will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
